This large service award plaque comes with a full size 36" axe with bright chrome plated pick head and your choice of hickory handle color: Flamed, Natural, Red or Black. The walnut plaque has scallop corners and has wall mounting hooks on the back. The gloss black double plate provides ample space to honor your firefighter!

Includes:

42" x 16" x 3/4" walnut plaque.

Full size chrome plated 36" axe.

Laser engraved 11-1/2" x 4-3/4" gloss black aluminum plate over a bright silver back plate. Plates have notched corners and are attached via 4 silver rosette head tacks.

Available with chrome plated axe mounting hardware, or the axe may be directly mounted to the plaque (no hardware).



The following options can be added to our large axe plaques:

Laser or rotary engraving on the axe head.

Laser engraving on the axe handle with silver color fill.

Laser engraving directly on FF plaque with color fill.
