A great monthly award, retirement or recognition plaque to keep in the fire house or at home! This large service award plaque comes with a full size 36" axe with a gold plated pick head and your choice of hickory handle color: Flamed, Natural, Red or Black. The walnut plaque has scallop corners and has wall mounting hooks on the back.

Includes:

42" x 16" x 3/4" walnut plaque.

Full size gold plated 36" axe.

11-1/2" x 4-3/4" gloss black brass plate over bright gold aluminum plate. Plates have notched corners and are attached via 4 gold rosette head tacks.

(12) 4-1/2" x 1" gloss black brass perpetual plates, attached with 2 gold screws each.

Perpetual plates laser engraved at a later date will be priced as listed below in the Services section.

Available with brass finish axe mounting hardware, or the axe may be directly mounted to the plaque (no hardware).


The following options can be added to our large axe plaques:

Axes and plaques ship in separate boxes to prevent damage. Some assembly required.
